For me it would prevent people from working. Why not work from when I find time to do things. There are so many important things to do, you do not have time to make you work.
If one has an interest, hobby and you can make calls on Sunday or after work. If you have too many interests, or rather, if you are hyperactive and can not concentrate on one thing, things get complicated. And if you are too lazy and hyper, you need the time to do all the ten thousand things.
